Traveled Journey

When a wave rushes in
With the sweeping
sweeping tide

When the winds gust in
With the ruthless
ruthless storms

Chorus
(Traveled Journey)
Sturdy and passionate
(Traveled Journey)
Enormously strong
(Traveled Journey)
Reaching for moments
(Travel Journey)
A place to belong
x2

When the stars shine so bright
In the shadows
of the moonlight

When the roads seem to end
Through the horizon
horizon glare

(Traveled Journey)
Sturdy and passionate
(Traveled Journey)
Enormously strong
(Traveled Journey)
Reaching for moments
(Travel Journey)
A place to belong
x2

(Bridge)
Reaching for moments
A place to belong
Traveling this journey
Enormously Strong!

And then the sun rises
through the bright
and glistening skies

(Traveled Journey)
Sturdy and passionate
(Traveled Journey)
Enormously strong
(Traveled Journey)
Reaching for moments
(Travel Journey)
A place to belong

My
Special Family Tree

MY SINGLE DADDY WENT ON A DATE
HE'D BEEN LONELY FOR SOME TIME
AND I'D BEEN FEELING THAT WAY TOO
I WASN'T SURE I COULD AT FIRST
TO LET HER IN WHAT WOULD THAT MEAN
FOR ME, I WASN'T REALLY SURE
BUT SHE BECAME LIKE MY BEST FRIEND
AND I FELT LUCKY IN THE END
WHEN MY DAD GOT DOWN ON HIS KNEE
AND ASKED HER TO MARRY US

(Chorus)
IT WAS THEN THAT I REALIZED
HOW ONE + ONE IS THREE
LOVE GROWS EXPONENTIALLY
IN MY NEW FAMILY
NOW I AM GROWN AND HAVE MY OWN
I'M REPEATING HISTORY
THANK YOU ALL FOR LOVING ME
MY SPECIAL FAMILY TREE

TODAY I WATCH HER WITH
MY KIDS
HIDE N' SEEK AND CRAZY EIGHTS
AND I SAY, THIS IS HOW LOVE'S MADE
MY DAD IS PROUD WHEN HE SEES US
SOMETIMES I SEE A TEAR AND THINK
HOW GREAT IT IS THAT WE ALL ARE LINKED
SOME BY BIRTH AND SOME BY CHOICE
BUT WE ALL HAVE AN EQUAL VOICE
IN THIS FAMILY TREE OF LOVE
I THANK GOD FOR EACH OF US

JUST MAKES ME REALIZE
HOW ONE + ONE IS THREE
LOVE GROWS EXPONENTIALLY
IN MY NEW FAMILY
NOW I AM GROWN AND HAVE MY OWN
I'M REPEATING HISTORY
THANK YOU ALL FOR LOVING ME
MY SPECIAL FAMILY TREE

(Bridge)
SOMETIMES THE BLESSING IN YOUR LIFE COME IN DISGUISE
AND IT JUST TAKES AN OPEN HEART
FOR YOU TO READ THE SIGNS

NOW THAT I REALIZE
HOW ONE + ONE IS THREE
LOVE GROWS EXPONENTIALLY
IN MY NEW FAMILY
NOW I AM GROWN AND HAVE MY OWN
I'M REPEATING HISTORY
THANK YOU ALL FOR LOVING ME
MY SPECIAL FAMILY TREE

THANK YOU ALL... THANK YOU FOR LOVING ME.

                            Lynn Carey Saylor
Lynn Carey Saylor first garnered a world-wide fan base following the release in 2002 of a limited edition charity single of her self-penned "IF WE BELIEVE", featuring superstar guitarist Brian May of QUEEN. A portion of the proceeds from the single were donated to the Mercury Phoenix Trust, an AIDS charity founded by the surviving members of Queen and their manager following the death of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. In 2007, Lynn released a full length CD entitled "You Like It Clean", which featured a reworked version of "If We Believe" and another song that Brian May appears on, a rocked up cover of the Pat Benatar hit "We Belong".
